If you wish to return an item to us for a refund or exchange, then please either bring it to us instore, or return it to us at:

The item will need to be returned in unused condition and in original packaging, with contact having been made within 14 days of the purchase date. Once we receive the item, we will then issue a refund or an alternative exchange item, minus the cost of postage. Please note that we do not cover the cost of return postage.
Your right to return goods is protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive which can be found at: www.hmso.gov.uk
If you wish to return an item that was shipped internationally, then please contact us first via one of the methods below. We can then instruct on the best way for the situation to be resolved.
Please include your order number or proof of purchase, as well as relevant contact details with returned items.
If your M&H item such as pads, gloves or bag unfortunately breaks during use, then please contact us in the first instance using one of the methods below. If required, please return it to us at Millichamp and Hall Taunton. The address can be found above. Please include your name and phone number for reference. Once the item arrives, we will then assess it and proceed in either replacing, fixing or refunding the item if deemed necessary. This will be at the sole discretion of Millichamp and Hall.
In the unlikely event you receive an item that is the incorrect size, damaged or simply not included in your order, then please contact us on one of the methods below so we can resolve the issue.
