RETURNS POLICY

If you wish to return an item to us for a refund or exchange, then please either bring it into us - instore. Or send it back to us at:

The item will need to be returned, in unused condition, with contact having been made within 14 days of the purchase date. Once we recieve the item back we can then issue the refund or exchange minus the cost of postage. Please also note that we do not cover the cost of return postage.

Your right to return goods is protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive which can be found at: www.hmso.gov.uk.

If you wish to return an item that was shipped internationally then please contact us first, via one of the below methods. We can then instruct on the best way for the situation to be resolved.

DAMAGED RETURNS

If your M&H item such as pads, gloves or bag, unfortunately, breaks during use then please send it back to us here at Millichamp and Hall Taunton. The address can be found above, please include your name and phone number for reference. Once it arrives we can assess it and then proceed in either replacing, fixing or refunding the item if needed.

In the unlikely event you recieve an item that is the incorrect size, damaged or simply not included in your shipment then please contact us on one of the methods below, so we can resolve the issue.
