We ensure that our customers enjoy a secure online shopping experience. After you have finished your online selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete your order.

We accept payment via debit or credit card, however we do not accept American Express. If you are ordering from overseas the transaction will be converted to your local currency. When confirmation of your order is received this indicates that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

SHIPPING & HANDLING

Shipping is free for orders over £200 within mainland UK. Shipping is charged to all other orders, except where there is a promotional offer. We endeavour to use the most competitive couriers with the best and most reliable service. Our overseas shipping charges are very competitive.

Orders placed online for UK delivery are usually delivered within 4 - 5 working days via Standard Delivery. We also offer an Express Delivery option where we aim to deliver within 2-3 working days. Please allow up to 7 working days for custom-made bats and our ‘ready to play’ service.

BACK ORDERS

If your item is not in stock, please contact us via email or phone on 01823 327755 and we can place it on a back order for you.

TAX CHARGES

For international orders, please be advised that any duties and taxes that get charged by customs will need to be paid for by the recipient of the order. All international orders are shipped via courier.

Orders from outside the UK may be subject to local import charges or taxes that are outside our control. Typically you will need to pay them to the carrier. If you do not pay the carrier the goods will be returned to us. We will then refund you after deducting the cost of carriage incurred by us and any extra charges levied by the carrier.

CREDIT CARD SECURITY

Our website runs on an ecommerce technology platform called Shopify. One of the main reasons we selected Shopify is because it is one of the largest and most trusted platforms of its kind, with hundreds of thousands of stores running on it. Shopify and its trusted partners may have visibility of your data we hold on their systems. Shopify maintains some of the highest data protection practices in the industry and is GDPR and PCI DSS tier 1 compliant - some of the highest standards of data and credit card protection available. We never see or store your credit card information - payments are handled directly on Shopify and our payment partner’s (such as PayPal) systems.

Although we have made every effort to display the colours accurately, we cannot guarantee that your computers display of the colours accurately reflects the colour of the products. Your products may vary slightly from those images.

All sizes, weights, capacities, dimensions and measurements indicated on our site are subject to a reasonable variation.

All products shown on our site are subject to availability and we will inform you as soon as possible if the product you have ordered is not available.

Every effort is made to ensure that our prices and descriptions are accurate. If an error is found and the price or a product is incorrect, we will inform you as soon as

possible and offer you the option of cancelling your order or reconfirming your order with the revised price or product.

DISCOUNTS AND SPECIAL OFFERS

Only one discount or special offer code can be used per transaction. They cannot be used in conjunction with each other. Bundles, or items from our outlet, clearance or sales range are not eligible for further discount and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer unless stated.

STATUTORY RIGHT TO CANCEL

As a consumer you have a right to cancel the contract you made with us within 14 working days from the day you received the goods. In order for this to take place we will need to be informed in writing, either by email to: info@millichampandhall.co.uk

or by letter to: Millichamp and Hall, 7 Priory Avenue, Taunton, TA1 1YD.

The goods will need to be returned to us unused and in original purchase condition, before your purchase can be refunded. We will then issue you a refund of your purchase price, no later than thirty days after receiving your notice of cancellation.

PRIVACY POLICY

Millichamp & Hall do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment.
