I had an old harrow bat that for my son that I had tried to tidy up by removing the face guard and tape etc and repairing the damaged toe . It was an original so a very good bat and the correct size for my son who has outgrown his old m and h ,size5 . Decided to send it back to Taunton for a refurb and wow what an incredible bat came back . I also am lucky to have a 3lb 2 oz m and h and they cannot be beaten for quality and service . Thanks again

My bat is making a clicking noise after in the handle after I got it back and also the crack in the toe they said they would fix is still an open crack and not fixed also the scuff sheet they put on is peeling at the bottom after not using it that is how they gave it back.

I sent my 20-yr old M&H bat in for a refurb, and have got back the bat just as new. I’ve used the service a few times over the years, and it’s quick, simple and the results are genuinely brilliant. You would never guess my bat is 20yrs old given its current condition and finish.

I love my M & H C200 so decided to get it refurbished by the team at Taunton. It was returned to be later in the same week in pristine condition, and safely packaged, genuinely looking like a new blade. I’m going to have to have a few winter nets to get some marks on it so that I don’t get chirped by the oppo if I make a low score on opening day! Fantastic service again from M & H!
