• Send us your bat (or drop it in at Taunton HQ)

• We’ll turn it around within 7 working days of receipt. If not faster.

Sending it in:
Wrap it. Protect it. Mark your name + order number loud and clear. Include your paperwork inside. No ID, no service. Recorded delivery recommended.
